Galleries
There are a few places where you can view Katrina's work in person:
- Franklin Square Gallery in the center of Southport, NC. For directions, click here. Several shows a year hang on two floors of this historic building, located not far from the waterfront, and always includes many of the talented local artists.
- Lantana's Gallery and Fine Gifts is a unique shop located in historic Southport, North Carolina at 110 E. Nash Street. Lantana's opened in June 2007 specializing in art, jewelry and decorative accessories. Art featured includes oils, etchings, watercolors, pastels, wood and metal sculptures. Rockers are provided on the front porch if you'd like to take a break from exploring the town.
- Sunset River Marketplace 10283 Beach Drive SW in Calabash, NC, not far from the South Carolina border. Here you will find an extensive variety of art and unique creations. And the town itself is a gem to visit on its own.
- Splish Splash in Paradise, just outside of Southport across from the Walmart on Rt. 211. Recently moved from town and greatly expanded, this amazing boutique contains the greatest collection of the most unique, colorful (and funny!) items you're ever likely to find anywhere! Just the place to stop by on your way to or from your beach vacation at Oak Island.
- River Road Animal Hospital at 8593 River Road SE in Southport, NC. Not only our dog's favorite veterinary, Alyssa Travis, DVM, also has great taste in art! See Katrina's pet and animal portraits here in this newly renovated practice while seeing to your pets' regular health needs.
